ITF - Taekwon-Do

Traditional Taekwon-Do Training. 

Taekwon-Do translated means to fight with hand and foot. It is a self defense Martial art created in the 1950's, based on 2000 year old Korean Martial Art and combined with Shotokan Karate. 

Taekwon-Do is now the most practiced Martial Art in the world.

Personal Training

It’s more than just your average push up, sit up, squeeze your tummy exercise class.

Our goal is to make you feel young health and vitalized by pushing and motivating you to be better tomorrow than what you were today. 

You have to feel better not just look the part.

Fitness

Boot camp style fitness classes that focusses on core strengthening, flexibility stretching and explosive speed and power development.

Based on tried and tested Martial Art training and conditioning exercises used to build the body for the best possible all round health and fitness conditioning.

Self Defense

Self Defense is the responsibility of the individual. Mercury Self defense program includes defense against weapons and un-armed attackers. Through detailed scenario explanation and realistic active engagement practice, we offer real life self defense classes for optimal personal safety. Personal safety is your right.

Seminars

We offer many seminar options from "Woman’s Self defense" or "Weapon defense tactics" to 

"Kids safety & Awareness". All seminars are available for small or large groups and can be adjusted for what the participants would like to learn.
